Everything We Know About Reus 2
Reus 2 Story Plot
Reus 2 doesn’t have a strict narrative progression with characters and notable events. Instead, it will follow the story of your people and how your Titans assisted in the establishment and subsequent development of their respective civilizations.
Every animal, mineral, biome, and settlement contributes to the tapestry of your people’s history. By the end of it, the prosperity of your people will spell out the quality of your divine wisdom.
Reus 2 Gameplay
Reus 2’s gameplay is very similar to the original game’s. You control your Titans to terraform a barren planet and create various nodes called "Biotica" (plural for Bioticum) to increase your people’s prosperity.
Each Bioticum has tags, passives, and interactions with other Biotica around it, creating a network of symbiotic connections that can skyrocket a settlement’s prosperity when aligned properly.
Placing down these Biotica will move time forward, progressing your world into its next era when enough are present on the planet’s surface. Every era has its own sidequest, which grants you additional bonuses when the next one comes around.
The objective of the game is to optimize your placement of Biotica through careful planning and mindful fulfillment of era objectives. Doing so will boost your people’s prosperity and increase your score.
