Neo Artifacts Gameplay
Neo Artifacts uses a turn-based battle system that focuses on strategy and grid-based positioning. Players form a team of Artifacter heroes, each connected to powerful relics that grant special skills and passive effects. Players will additionally have to investigate Distortions, a strange phenomenon teeming with enemy anomalies, in order to stabilize an area.
As you progress, you can strengthen characters, improve their skills, deepen cultivation for higher combat power, and enhance equipment to unlock stronger effects and new strategies. You can also recruit more heroes by gaining currency to use in the game’s gacha system.
Aside from the main campaign, the game offers stories and character backgrounds for players to explore. Uncovering the history and the lore of an Artifacter can also help players power up said hero, increasing their potential in battle.
Neo Artifacts Story Plot
Neo Artifacts is set in a world with powerful characters called Artifacters, which are artifacts that have come to life and also have the potential to tip the balance of the world. As more mysterious beings awaken, Distortions and conflicts occur across the land, drawing heroes from far and wide to confront any mysteries or threats.
Each character’s journey intersects with the fate or history of such relics, revealing how deep their influence runs through time. You play as one of the Curators under the Kantie Foundation’s command, uncovering the emergence of other Artifacters and leading them through Distortions.
