Invincible VS Gameplay
From what was revealed in the game's official trailer, Invincible VS will be a 3v3 tag team fighting game featuring staple mechanics to genre like combo moves, tag team attacks, and special attacks, as well as what seems to be a fatality mechanic.
Characters revealed to be in Invincible VS so far include Invincible, Omni-Man, Lucan, Thula, Conquest, Bulletproof, Atom Eve, and Rex Splode.

Invincible VS Story Plot
Not much has been revealed so far about the story of Invincible VS, although it's clear from the trailer that this is either an alternate universe from the mainline continuity shown in Image Comics' original run for Invincible or Amazon's TV series version, or a multiversal brawl that may include those universe's characters as well.
This is evidenced by the alternate Omni-Man shown in the trailer and the different sequence of events following the arrival of other Viltrumites as it was shown within the comics or TV series.
