Ghost of Yōtei Story Plot
Ghost of Yōtei is a stand-alone sequel to its predecessor Ghost of Tsushima, taking place over 300 years after the game, set in an entirely different region of Japan, the area surrounding Mount Yōtei.
The sequel will star Atsu as she unfolds her story as the Ghost of Yōtei by slaying samurais and meeting animals.
Ghost of Yōtei Gameplay
Ghost of Yōtei has yet to reveal gameplay footage of the game, but it would most likely share most of the same features and mechanics as its predecessor, from its semi-open world adventures, to its highly-skilled and grounded combat utilizing traditional Japanese weaponry.

The new Ghost game by Sucker Punch Productions was unveiled during PlayStation’s State of Play 2024. It features the new protagonist, Atsu, played by American voice actor Erika Ishii, as well as the vague release window of 2025.
