Gate of Gates Gameplay
Gate of Gates features strategic tower defense gameplay. Using a select number of characters, players will have to set up their end of the battlefield to defend a specific structure or boundary. Outside of combat, they will have to build their characters to be able to fend off hordes of enemies.
Gate of Gates sets itself apart from similar games such as Arknights with its own deck-building system. On top of building individual units, players will have to curate decks for battle with cards that represent characters with special abilities.
Gate of Gates Story Plot
Gate of Gates is set in a post-apocalyptic world ravaged by humans and otherworldly beings alike. After a long period of war and violence amongst people, these creatures emerged out of interdimensional portals and stepped into earth, only to wreak havoc. Similar to the premise of the hit anime series Neon Genesis Evangelion, these beings are of unknown origin, and their true purpose is just as indeterminable. Players will be tasked to deploy and guide select groups of super-powered soldiers to save humanity and restore order.
