Deathless Story Plot
Not much has been revealed about Deathless’ narrative but the game’s official Steam page promises a "unique storyline with beautifully crafted 3D characters." Judging from the game’s WoW-adjacent art style, the promise of weapons crafting, and constant comparison with Vampire Survivors, we can expect a high-fantasy setting brimming with lore, fantasy races, and powerful artifacts.
Deathless Gameplay
The gameplay of Deathless seems to be a combination of Vampire Survivor’s hectic horde survival and World of Warcraft’s party-based combat and ability system. The online co-op mode allows many players to fight against an unending tide of enemies while upgrading their respective arsenals by collecting experience points.
Every hero has their own pool of potential upgrades to choose from, creating a potential set of build permutations numbering in the hundreds. Ultimate abilities can also be unlocked and used in tandem with enemy abilities to take down powerful raid bosses that spawn between waves.
