Darwin's Paradox Gameplay
Darwin’s Paradox is an action-packed adventure platformer with stealth and puzzle mechanics. Players control Darwin the octopus to utilize all his abilities to avoid or escape trouble. Darwin can opt to use his malleable tentacles to reach faraway objects, stick onto surfaces, or launch himself across large distances. He can eject liquid ink while underwater to provide a smokescreen in order to get out of harm’s way. Last and perhaps his most crucial skill is the ability to camouflage onto the environment and trick pursuers while hiding in plain sight.
Players must make use of all of Darwin’s talents to get through all sorts of environments, from factories, apartment buildings, laboratories, and most importantly, kitchens.
Darwin's Paradox Story
Darwin is a young octopus living in the sea with one of his parents, when a mysterious beam of light shines upon them from above, abducting and thrusting them onto the horrors of dry land. Darwin must now utilize all his natural abilities of intelligence, malleability, and dampness to find his way back home into the sea. However, throughout his travels, he discovers that the corporation who kidnapped them, UFOOD, is comprised of mysterious robots hell-bent on world domination by mind-controlling mankind through seafood. It’s up to Darwin to thwart their schemes and make it back home.
