Blood Message Gameplay
Blood Message will feature deeply narrative-driven gameplay mechanics along with compelling, cinematic storytelling. With a wide map inspired by the terrains of the localities of East and Central Asia, players are treated to a world that resembles the real world of ancient China during the last legs of the Tang Dynasty.
Combat-wise, it is projected to have brutal, realistic combat with stealth and survival game elements, all played in a third-person perspective.

Blood Message Story Plot
In the ancient tale of Blood Message, players take on the reins of a nameless messenger and his young son as they traverse through the treacherous lands of their war-torn homeland, caught in the midst of a widescale uprising. As a messenger with a mission and a fateful message to deliver, he is tasked to move eastward, around 1000 miles away, to the heart of the Tang Empire, the city of Chang’an. They will defy harsh sieges, unforgiving desert and terrain, and overcome the overwhelming odds of survival as they journey through the vast wilderness of East and Central Asia.
Set during the final years of the Tang Dynasty, it provides a glimpse into this tumultuous but momentous era of Chinese history, framing it with customs and culture of the times. The game aims to take players onto the roles of unsung heroes—ordinary people with incredible resolve, not emperors or generals. The father and son, divided between family and national duty, must negotiate a quickly collapsing world as part of a righteous revolt in Shazhou, Dunhuang. Warriors are the ones who remember when history forgets. Blood Message is a tribute to these heroes—the world has heard far too many tales about generals and emperors.
