Artisan TD’s narrative revolves around your conquest of the Archipelago of Chaos, where your towers and mazes combat the restless souls of warriors who the Titans corrupted. Although their numbers are endless, your tactical genius and artisanal supremacy will see to your victory, as long as you keep your wits about you.
Artisan TD Gameplay
Artisan TD’s gameplay revolves around standard-fare tower-defense mechanics with a little bit of maze-building thrown in. Instead of building towers adjacent to pre-determined paths like you would in games like Kingdom Rush or Defense Grid, the towers themselves act as walls and obstacles for enemies to path around.
This effectively makes the game more dynamic, as building towers mid-wave can alter the enemy’s path drastically, opening up more tactical layers and angles of fire.
