F-Zero 99 Review
F-Zero 99 First Impressions
F-Zero has gotten the Tetris 99 and Pacman 99 treatment, turning the classic racing game into a standalone battle royale game. F-Zero 99 pits the player against 98 other racers in classic courses from the first F-Zero game. Longtime fans of F-Zero have been clamoring for a new F-Zero game, and this was not necessarily what they were hoping for. However, this definitely seems like Nintendo testing the waters for any future mainline series game.
If any F-Zero fan wants to be heard by Nintendo, they'd best give attention to F-Zero 99, no matter how much they might dislike the battle royale genre. Show interest in the title, make Nintendo turn their heads to the download numbers and make it obvious that there is a demand for a new F-Zero game.
