Wuthering Waves announced that round 2 of its closed beta testing is open for registration. Developer Kuro Game dropped a gameplay trailer, Awakening: A World Reborn, along with the announcement.
They also announced that rewards are up for grabs for anyone who reposts their announcement on Twitter (X). "CBT2 Recruitment is now open! Repost to win CBT2 Qualification x20, iPhone 15 x1, PS5 x2, $50 Amazon Gift Card x10, Character Merch x10, and more!"
A CBT2 pre-launch lottery was also announced. The pre-launch lottery event begins on on January 17, 2024 7PM PT and ends on February 7, 2024 2AM PT. Players can register on the game's website.
The announcement follows Wuthering Waves' tease on Twitter (X), where they told players to "Prepare for the arrival of tomorrow." Fans anticipated a formal announcement of the release date of the game, or even, its actual release.
