TotK Zonai Device Dispensers Located in Real Life as Gacha Machines

Image

Nintendo Tokyo has unveiled a new set of collectibles featuring Zonai Devices, available through their gacha machine. Read on to learn more about Nintendo’s latest collectible capsule toys.

New Collectibles at Nintendo Store Tokyo

Added Six TotK’s Magnetic Zonai Device Capsules

Nintendo Tokyo added Zonai Devices as new magnetic capsule toys in its gachapon or commonly known as gacha machine. Sold exclusively in this store, this new collection features the iconic devices used in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

Though there are tons of Zonai Devices to use in the game, only six of these iconic items are transformed as magnetic toy capsules. People can randomly obtain a Zonai Fan, Flame Emitter, Portable Pot, Shock Emitter, Big Wheel, and Rocket. Each item also comes with a magnet that looks like the Ultrahand’s adhesive material when fusing different objects and devices. Moreover, the capsules are also designed to look similar to the ones dispensed in TotK’s Device Dispenser.

Instead of using Zonai Charges or Construct materials, you can get these cool items by spending money in Nintendo’s gacha machine. A capsule costs around $4 and a person can only try their luck two at a time. If they want another chance to get a different capsule, they must queue up again. With the popularity of TotK, however, the line might be too long.

Previous Nintendo’s Gachapon Prizes

Nintendo Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto released their first gachapon, the Controller Button Collections, in June 2021, enticing fans of retro consoles. The collection includes six controller keychains, equally divided between Famicom and NES designs. Meanwhile, the second wave was released in July 2024, featuring the classic designs of SNES, N64, and Gamecube controllers.

Players eager to get their hands on these exclusive items can also visit Nintendo’s Check-In booth at Narita Airport. While the Zonai Devices are currently available only at the Nintendo Store in Tokyo, they may eventually appear in other locations. Additionally, these collectibles might become available through resellers, though likely at a significantly higher price.
