TEKKEN 8 Reveals More Updates and the Next Character Lidia
The Strongest Member of the Parliament Returns This Coming Summer!
The last character of Tekken 7, Lidia Sobieska, now returns to Tekken 8 this coming Summer 2024. Lidia is known for her multiple stance transitions and great ground game featuring her karate prowess. She is a serious and dedicated karateka and upholds a code of honor and respect for her opponents. She is also shown to have very accurate motion capture from her Tekken 7 animations based on Tatsuya Naka, who is a 7th-dan master of Shōtōkan-style Karate.
New Chapter for the TEKKEN 8's Story Coming this Autumn
A new chapter to the Tekken 8 story will be added this coming Autumn, teasing more involvement by Nina, Eddy, and Yoshimitsu. They're also teasing that Jun's story will also be explained, as she was teased to be awake after the final fight between Jin Kazama and Kazuya Mishima.
Balance Changes, Photo Mode, and a New Stage for Season 1
This coming May, Tekken 8 will have a balance patch to adjust most, if not all, characters. Afterwards, the game will have its next big patch in Summer with the addition of Lidia to the roster, a brand new stage in Seaside Resort, and a brand new Photo Mode.
