Jake Song Can Be Found in Xion
Stellar Blade’s official Twitter account recently shared that the game features a cameo appearance from none other than the "legendary Korean developer" behind Lineage, Jake Song. Known for crafting one of the longest-serving MMORPGs, Lineage attracted millions of players during its run from 1998 to 2011 in North America and had over 43 million players worldwide.
Song is also recognized for creating the beloved MMORPG ArcheAge, which is set to receive a sequel, ArcheAge 2, expected to launch sometime in 2025, as announced by Kakao Games in the fourth quarter of 2023.
In Stellar Blade, you'll come across Song, who appears as a citizen of Xion near the café by the underground lift. When you approach and talk to him, he'll say, "An Angel…in Xion? The prophecy will soon come true."
