Robocop: Rogue City is not coming to the Nintendo Switch. The cancellation was quietly announced on the official Robocop: Rogue City Facebook page and comes just weeks ahead of the game’s launch on all other major platforms.
In the statement, the devs said, "At this moment we don’t have any plans for a Nintendo Switch release." The Nintendo Switch version of RoboCop: Rogue City was initially announced alongside the PC, Xbox Series X and S, and PlayStation 5 versions in July 2022.
What is Robocop: Rogue City?
Robocop: Rogue City is an upcoming first-person shooter from publisher Nacon and developer Teyon. Set to release on November 2, players will take on the role of Officer Alex Murphy or RoboCop and eradicate criminals using robotic strength and cybernetic abilities. The devs claim that this will be an original story in the world of RoboCop and features the original actor, Peter Weller, as the voice of the cybercop.
