Pokémon x Hatsune Miku VOLTAGE Live
Happening March 20 - 22, 2026
The Pokémon x Hatsune Miku Project VOLTAGE collaboration is evolving with a live concert announced for March 2026. Also known as PokéMiku
, the collaboration’s event will run from March 20th to 22nd at the LaLa arena TOKYO-BAY. The concert features a brand-new design for Hatsune Miku and promises to debut at least one new song.
Original merchandise featuring PokéMiku will be produced and available for purchase in Pokémon Center branches in Japan. More information on them will be available in the future.

The concert will feature all current PokéMiku songs as well as those that will be released before March 20, 2026. Vocaloid singers Hatsune Miku, Kagamine Rin, Kagamine Len, Megurine Luka, MEIKO, KAITO, and guest Kasane Teto will be making appearances in the concert. The Pokémon Meloetta, Pikachu, and many more will also be featured along with the singers.
Pokémon x Hatsune Miku Project VOLTAGE is a collaboration between the two IPs, which launched in September 2023 with 18 pieces of artwork and 18 songs. Each image depicted Hatsune Miku as a Pokémon trainer who specializes in each of the 18 Pokémon types. To see the designs, check out our article below!
First Round of Ticket Lottery

The first round of ticket lottery pre-registrations officially commenced on September 1, 2025, and will end on September 21, 2025. Fans planning to attend can apply on the official PokéMiku website and apply for up to 2 tickets per seat type per performance.
Fans under 18 years of age can avail a ticket for 3,900 yen, while those older can get seats that vary in price, starting from 8,900 yen to 13,900 yen. For more information, those interested may visit the official website.
New PokéMiku Design and Art

The announcement featured a new Hatsune Miku design accompanied by Meloetta and Pikachu. Unlike the previous 18 trainer designs, this isn’t based on any of the Pokémon types and instead reimagines the character as an in-world performer.
"This time, Miku is a little different from the 18 unique types of Miku so far," stated designer TAKE via machine translation. "The theme that sparked the idea was, "What if Hatsune Miku appeared incognito in the Pokémon world...?""

TAKE is a character designer and illustrator who worked on designs for the Pokémon games, Sun and Moon, Sword and Shield, Legends Arceus, and Scarlet and Violet. She also has designs from other non-Pokémon franchises such as Zaregoto, Katanagatari, and Gundam: GQuuuuuuX.
Like the previous 18 trainer designs, concept art for TAKE’s Miku design is available for public viewing on the official website, along with the artist’s comments.
New Song on September 18, 2025

The announcement teases a new song coming from a new producer on September 18, 2025. Although no other details were given, the teaser uses a black and white motif similar to the one found in Pokémon Black and White and its sequels. A sound effect ripped directly from those games can also be heard as the message closes.
The song will be released on the producer’s official YouTube channel and will be added to the official Hatsune Miku’s Project VOLTAGE playlist, where all the other songs from the collaboration are available for viewing.
