Celebration Of The 29th Anniversary

Pokémon celebrates a whopping 29 years since Pokémon Red and Green were first released back in 1996 with a grand Pokémon Day celebration! Fans can tune in to the official Pokémon YouTube channels and other official social media platforms to watch the Pokémon Presents broadcast on February 27th, 2025, 11 PM JST / 6 AM PT / 9 AM ET. The livestream will be available in both English and Japanese languages.

There are no details as to what the livestream will exactly entail. However, the official blog post on the Japanese website dictates that fans should stay tuned for the latest Pokémon news, bringing forth speculation for new events, merchandise, or an update to the long awaited Pokémon Legends: Z-A.
