A legend is reentering the building, as longtime Joker voice actor, Mark Hamill, is confirmed to voice the heinous DC supervillain in upcoming crossover platform fighting game, MultiVersus.

Warner Bros. Games has confirmed that DC supervillain The Joker will be part of the MultiVersus' roster, which already features a diverse lineup of characters from various Warner Bros. IPs including DC Comics, Game of Thrones, Rick & Morty, Looney Tunes, Cartoon Network and more.
Mark Hamill reprises his iconic role as The Joker in the upcoming game. Apart from portraying as Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars franchise, Hamill is well-known as the voice behind the DC supervillain in multiple projects, dating back to 1992 with the Batman: The Animated Series.
Hamill joins his longtime castmate, the late Kevin Conroy, who voices Batman in the game. Both Hamill and Conroy gained widespread acclaim for their roles in numerous Batman and Justice League films and series over the decades. Hamill had initially confirmed his retirement as The Joker last year, in light of Conroy's passing in 2022.
MultiVersus revealed recently on Twitter (X) that The Joker will come armed as a Mage with a crowbar, projectile cards, and a rocket launcher. A new full gameplay trailer will be revealed next Monday.
MultiVersus releases on May 28, 2024 as a free-to-play game. With more characters anticipated, the current roster now includes:
