Reached its Full Release on May 28, 2024!
After years of being in open beta, Multiverse finally had its full release on May 28, 2024! It's available to play on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One!
For the PC, the game entered maintenance mode and started prompting players to redownload and reinstall the game, marking the release time at around May 28, 1 p.m. EDT / 10 a.m. PDT. Meanwhile for console players, the same occured at an earlier time of 7 a.m. EDT / 4 a.m. PDT. Check out the two timetables below for your corresponding platform and region's release times!

After nearly two years since the open beta, MultiVersus finally officially released in May 2024, featuring an extended cast of characters and plenty of stages to choose from.
July 26, 2022
The game entered open-beta in July 2024, where gamers on Steam where able to try the game out for free, resulting in record-breaking numbers for a platformer-fighting game in the digital storefront.
November 18, 2021
MultiVersus was finally revealed in November of 2021, where the game director showcased the various features and characters the game will have.
