From Softer is Working Hard on Elden Ring DLC
No Release Date as of Yet
Kadokawa's recent 3rd quarter financial report reveals that FromSoftware is actively pursuing various initiatives for Elden Ring's future. Among these efforts is the ongoing development of significant DLC content aimed at maximizing the game's lifetime value and enhancing long-term profitability.
"We are currently working hard on the development of DLC for ELDEN RING but we have not announced a release date at this time." the company states in its FAQ section.
The report also indicates that FromSoftware is presently "making progress" in expanding the scope of its "publishing," with Kadokawa having multiple game titles in development for "both consoles and mobile platforms."
This information raises the possibility of the supposed Elden Ring mobile game being in the works. Various sources have claimed that an Elden Ring mobile game is in development by Tencent Holdings, a Chinese company renowned for developing and publishing popular mobile titles like PUBG Mobile and Pokemon Unite.
