Elden Ring Nightreign Inching Closer To Launch
Continuously Tweaking and Balancing the Game

Elden Ring Nightreign is just a few days away from release, and developers from FromSoftware are "continually tweaking and balancing the game." During an interview with GamesRadar+ on May 27, Director Junya Ishizaki said that he is feeling both excited and nervous as the game approaches launch time.
Despite the nerves, he is confident about the game as the team is continuously making changes to make the game better. Ishizaki explained, "We really try to tweak things until the last minute. We're busy fine-tuning, getting the most out of any single session. We want players to feel happy and comfortable in each session, so we're really trying to get that player comfort and that play feel just really fine-tuned until the very end."
FromSoftware is well-known for its single-player Souls games, but has had experience crafting multiplayer experiences for games within the Dark Souls and Armored Core series. However, they have yet to make something co-op-heavy to this degree, so adjustments and balancing are pivotal in making Nightreign enjoyable and successful.
Official Launch Trailer Reveals Revenant
Elden Ring Nightreign has released its official launch trailer on May 27, which showcased cinematic shots that featured the game’s character classes and several epic boss fights. Fans also caught a glimpse of the eighth and final Nightfarer, Revenant.
In the video, Revenant was seen wielding her harp-like weapon, and another shot showed her puppet-esque hands. She was initially teased during the game’s 10-minute overview trailer. Unlike other character reveals, Revenant has yet to have a dedicated overview and gameplay trailer, so fans would just have to wait for further updates regarding her kit.
