Deadlock Pre-Orders
Deadlock is available for wishlist only at the moment. However, Valve has periodically been giving beta keys to random Steam users so that they can play the game. Moreover, users who already have access to the game can invite their friends to gain access to the playtest as well.
It was also announced that the game will be free-to-play as well, so there is no need to worry about buying the game when it does release.

Deadlock DLC
Currently, the game has not announced or revealed any DLC before its release. We can assume that the game will have microtransactions for cosmetics in a similar vein to Valve’s other games like Dota 2, Team Fortress 2, and Counter-Strike 2.
