Chandelure is a dual-type Ghost/Fire Pokemon that was first introduced in the fifth generation of the Pokemon series. Chandelure is known to be a powerful special attacker with high Special Attack and Special Defense stats. This pokemon will be joining the Pokemon Unite roster as a ranged attacker.

How To Get Chandelure

To obtain Chandelure in Pokémon Unite, players can head to the Unite Battle Committee shop and purchase it for 12,000 Aeos coins or 575 Aeos gems. However, there is a catch: Chandelure will only be obtainable with Aeos gems for the first seven days of its release.

Aeos coins are the in-game currency that players can earn by completing battles and daily missions, while Aeos gems are a premium currency that players can purchase with real money.

Chandelure Basic Moves

Chandelure has an Infiltrator ability which means when it deals damage to an opposing Pokemon, its next atack partially ignores the opposing Pokemon Sp. Def, and can stack up to 8 times maximum.

Chandelure's basic attacks become enhanced attacks when a certain amount of time has passed, causing damage to opposing Pokemon while slowing their movement and leaving them scorched.

Because Chandelure has to start with Litwick, its moves would be Ember and Night Shade. As it evolves into Lampent, it gains Flamethrower and Overheat as moves to deal damage to an opposing Pokemon, and as Chandelure, it gains Poltergeist and Imprison as moves to deal damage especially to Melee characters like Machamp.

Unite Move: Ignite Midnight

Chandelure's Unite Move, Ignite Midnight, is a powerful move that can cause significant damage to opposing Pokémon.

When Chandelure uses Ignite Midnight, it generates a black aura around itself that temporarily obscures the vision of opponent Pokémon in the area. This is especially beneficial in team engagements because it gives Chandelure and its comrades an advantage by making it more difficult for opponents to see and attack.

If Chandelure uses Ignite Midnight again while the dark area is still active, it will begin to fire a beam of fire in a specific direction indefinitely. Chandelure can guide the beam while it is being shot to target specific targets. The beam will continue to deliver damage to any opponent Pokémon it comes into contact with, and its ultimate blast will deal more damage.
