Revenge of the Savage Planet Overview
Revenge of the Savage Planet is a 2025 Sci-Fi multiplayer action-adventure title developed and published by indie game studio Raccoon Logic Studios Inc., and is the next entry in the series, following 2021’s Journey to the Savage Planet.
Players set off on an exciting journey across multiple planets in the name of research and discovery. Now hired by the strange Kindred Technologies after being booted off their old job, the player is then tasked to hop across four alien worlds to learn more about the galaxy…and the secrets that it hides.
Exploration is at the core of its gameplay, as players trek across different planets, making use of special Goo Guns to engage in combat, or to capture the various strange alien creatures. Additionally, players can pull in a player two to play with them on this wacky space adventure, either through online co-op or local couch co-op.
Revenge of the Savage Planet Gameplay
Revenge of the Savage Planet lets players run, jump, shoot, grind, stomp, dodge, slide, whip, and grapple to their heart’s content across various planets just waiting to be explored. Tasked by Kindred Technologies to observe every nook and cranny of the solar system, it is key to scan and understand these funky but beautiful alien worlds. There are plants to scan, creatures to capture and keep in your Habitat Pen, caves to spelunk, mountains to climb, and a myriad of secrets to discover.
There is also a multiplayer option where players can rope in a player two to go on this space adventure together! Either play through online co-op on separate devices or kick back and experience the nostalgia of local couch co-op.
