La Divina Commedia Overview
La Divina Commedia is an action-adventure RPG set in a world in which Dante Alighieri’s Divine Poem has overwritten the predominant faith of its time. However, mysterious forces interfere with the divine conclusion writ in the text, sending the world into depravity and chaos. La Divina Commedia will take players through the Nine Circles of Hell envisioned in Inferno, but in order to survive, they must face off against demonic entities that prowl each level, all while confronting their own sins and ultimately deciding the fate of the world.
La Divina Commedia Gameplay
La Divina Commedia will primarily feature battles with various demonic creatures as enemies. Players will take on the role of a nameless warrior-poet who has been trapped in Hell with no clear path to escape, except to descend each circle of Hell and fight armies of its denizens. Each level in the game is randomly generated, and every run provides different loot and weapons for players to master. The game also presents an alignment system based on the Seven Deadly Sins, determining the availability of certain skills and the outcome of each player’s journey.
