ILL Overview
ILL is an upcoming survival‑horror FPS from indie developer Team Clout, now backed by Mundfish Powerhouse. The game delivers a brutal fusion of cinematic body horror and interactive combat, where grotesque aberrations clash in physics‑driven environments.
Drawing artistic influence from films like The Thing, classic shooters like Half‑Life 2, and even unsettling TikTok imagery, ILL wants to immerse players in a visceral world filled with dread and tension. The devs aim to create highly detailed locations where every barrel, furniture piece, and corridor is set with physics to make it feel alive.

ILL Gameplay

The gameplay of ILL blends frantic and methodical approaches, offering gunplay with a visceral edge. You’ll wield a heavy revolver and other firearms, but ammo is scarce and not every enemy can be killed. There are moments where you will be powerless, forced to hide or run.
Physics-driven environments play a major role: shoot explosive barrels and watch rooms collapse, crates tumble, and alien beasts flail amidst the debris. The advanced dismemberment mechanics let you tear apart creatures—bones, exposed organs, limbs—adding both spectacle and strategic carnage.
Alternating between gun battles and weaponless stealth, the gameplay aims to sustain tension from start to finish.
