Game of Thrones: War for Westeros Overview
Game of Thrones: War for Westeros is a new real-time strategy game developed and published by Playside. Based on George R. R. Martin's fictional fantasy book series and series adaptation, the game is set on iconic locations that are seen in the latter, along with characters resembling the actors as well. The game will have four playable armies that represent the strongest factions in the series, each led by signature heroes and each having unique units and mechanics that distinguish themselves from one another.
Game of Thrones: War for Westeros Gameplay
The game will feature four different playable armies, namely: House Stark, House Lannister, House Targaryen, and The Night King. Command your armies in this small scale real-time strategy as you collect resources, secure key locations, and build your army to destroy your enemies. Aside from the small-scale battles is the deeper game won through deception, diplomacy, and politics, focusing on the bigger picture instead. Additionally, you can recreate iconic battles that took place in the series, where you can see it through as it was or change the outcome entirely.
