Warhammer 40K Speed Freeks Story Plot
In the 41st Millennium, a kult of crazy, speed-obsessed Orks addicted to racing gathered to partake in rowdy and reckless races during the small breaks that they have during times of war. Calling themselves SPEED FREEKS; they are intoxicated by the sound of roaring engines, extreme speed, and more. They bring their supercharged death rides consisting of buggies, bikes, tanks, and trukks into the Speedwaaagh!
Warhammer 40K Speed Freeks Gameplay
High octane speed, big guns, and bigger explosions are the names of the game when it comes to the gameplay. The game has a variety of playable vehicles, each equipped with different guns to deal the most damage to the opposing team. On top of that, the game will have two different game modes on release:KILL KONVOY and Deff Rally. Both of which are 8v8 PvP game modes.
KILL KONVOY, as the name suggests, is a convoy or payload focused objective game mode where both teams look to protect their Stompa to cross the finish line. The map will contain powerful explosives that players can use to bomb the enemy Stompa to slow them down. Players must plan their approach to either surprise their opponents or protect their own Stompa to win the race.
Deff Rally is a mix between capture-the-flag and traditional combat racing, as both teams will race towards points and capture these points to earn points for their teams. Teams will be fighting for the capture points in a frenzy, and this all repeats as they will be moving towards the next point after the point is secured. After all the capture points have been secured and fought over, a final race to the finish line will commence, which will also determine how many points you earn depending on your placement.
