Terminator 2D: No Fate Gameplay

Terminator 2D: No Fate features a side-scrolling 2D level with platforming and shooting mechanics inspired by old "run-and-gun" games like Contra. Players will complete each level by clearing the specific objectives, which could vary from defeating enemies and bosses to stealth missions to driving sequences.
There are over 15 levels in Terminator 2D: No Fate’s Story Mode, with set pieces adapted from Terminator 2: Judgement Day. Players will need to explore the level’s areas to scavenge for hidden items, checkpoints, and bonus weapons.

Beyond the Story Mode, players can also challenge themselves in four other bonus modes: Arcade Mode, Infinite Mode, Boss Rush, and Mother of the Future. Arcade Mode is a streamlined version of Story Mode with harder challenges.
Infinite Mode throws endless waves of enemies, keeping track of the player’s kills and time. Boss Rush Mode has players consecutively fighting against bosses. Mother of the Future is a time-based challenge where Sarah Connor must race against the clock to complete levels.
Level Training is a practice mode that lets players replay levels in Terminator 2D: No Fate. It can be used to perfect tasks and objectives before tackling them in the other modes.
Terminator 2D: No Fate Story Plot

Terminator 2D: No Fate puts players in the shoes of Sarah Connor and the T-800 in the past, as they fight to protect Sarah’s son, John, the future leader of the resistance against a robot uprising, from assassination attempts by an android sent from the future, the T-1000.
On the other hand, players will also play as the grown-up John Connor in his war against the artificial intelligence, Skynet, in a dystopian future controlled by machines. Stop Skynet across the past and the future to save humanity from the brink of extinction.
