Monster Jam Showdown Story Plot
Step into the shoes of Monster Jam drivers and take control of Monster Jam’s most iconic trucks like Grave Digger and Megalodon. Perform tricks in exhibitions or race other trucks on off-road tracks. It’s the ultimate high-horsepower off-roading experience.
Monster Jam Showdown Gameplay
Monster Jam Showdown will let you drive most, if not all of the Monster Jam trucks from the North American show. From the trailer footage, game modes include races with up to 7 other drivers and exhibitions where you earn points for doing tricks like getting air time and crushing objects. The game features off-road races in large fictional maps filled with either dirt or snow, complete with jumps and alternate routes. Large enclosed areas will also be playable maps for exhibitions.
From the looks of it, Monster Jam Showdown will be more of an arcade driving game and less like a simulator. Monster Jam has never featured races with more than 2 trucks, and it’s always either in just a straight line or a round track. The game features off-road races in large fictional maps filled with either dirt or snow.
