LIGHT OF MOTIRAM Gameplay
LIGHT OF MOTIRAM is an open-world survival game with tons of crafting, base building, companion capturing, and combat. It takes inspiration from numerous games such as the Horizon series for its post-apocalyptic open-world setting and visuals, Palworld for its monster fighting and capturing, Ark for its extensive crafting and base building system, and Monster Hunter for its character classes, weapons, and combat.
Players can traverse the different regions and find dangerous Mechanimals lurking that attack on sight or when aggravated. Different classes will have their different weapons to engage in various playstyles built around precise attacking, dodging, parrying, and counterattacking. Companion Mechanimals may be acquired through taming, with the option to extensively customize them according to certain situations such as battle, resource collecting, or support.
The game will also have substantial base building and crafting mechanics, where players can start and expand bases for their own, their friends, or for the greater tribe. They can chop down trees, catch fish, mine rocks, among a few traditional resource collection tasks in order to construct their protected base of operations.
On release, the game will be available for co-op multiplayer, where friends can join and flourish their together in the world of MOTIRAM. Crossplay will also be implemented, allowing shared experiences between its target platforms.
LIGHT OF MOTIRAM Story
MOTIRAM is the primitive but futuristic world of Earth where modern civilization was wiped out. Now, untamed technological beasts known as the ‘Mechanimals’ roam everywhere, ruling the world’s plains, forests, deserts, skies, and waters. Humans have formed secluded tribes together to collectively survive against the beasts, as well as the harsh weather that continues to ravage the lands. They must combat the forces of nature for mankind to live on, and potentially discover the mysteries strewn across MOTIRAM waiting to be uncovered.
