Players assume the role of the Maskless One, unique for having the ability to assert their own destiny. In a world dominated by the Canovaccio, the player must defeat the Authors and rid the world from its stagnation.
Enotria: The Last Song Gameplay
Enotria: The Last Song is set in a location inspired by an ancient region in Italy that is inhabited by the Oenotrians. It is a soulslike with a deep, far-reaching RPG system and equipment loadouts.
The game will feature over a hundred weapons, each with satisfying movesets unique to their class and even individually. Making multiple successful offensive moves onto enemies puts them into the "Unraveled" state. Performing a riposte on Unraveled targets puts the player in an Awakened state, a powerful yet temporary buff dependent on the player’s gear that encourages continuing the offensive pressure.
The most notable aspect of Enotria’s loadouts is the mask. These items drop from powerful enemies and can influence the player’s play style and aesthetics. But most importantly, these masks also influence the game’s narrative.
