Second Wave was released in early access on May 30, 2024 for the PC! Their website had a countdown available for its exact release time which fell on May 30, 10 p.m. PDT / May 31, 1 a.m. EDT. Look to the table below for your corresponding time zone!

Second Wave Pre-Orders
Second Wave is only available on Steam as of writing, where it will hold its early access phase presumably until launch that costs $29.99. Upon full release, it will become free-to-play!

Is Second Wave on Xbox Game Pass?
It is currently unknown if the game will become available on Xbox Game Pass, but when it finds its way to Xbox platforms, a subscription will be required to access its online features.
Is Second Wave on PS Plus?
