Final Fantasy 14 Release Date and Time
Rereleased on August 27, 2013 as A Realm Reborn
While the original version of the game was originally released on September 30, 2010, the version that’s publicly known as Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn (ARR) released on August 27, 2013 for PC and PlayStation 3.
The game’s current expansion, Dawntrail, was released on July 2, 2024, for PC (Steam, Mac), PS4, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. Dawntrail’s Early Access was available on June 28, 2024, 2 AM PDT as listed in Square Enix’s official blogpost.

Initially released in 2010, Final Fantasy XIV 1.0’s servers went live. The game was met with negative feedback, with the general opinion that the game was unfinished. This led Square Enix needing to suspend subscription fees and indefinitely postpone the game’s console version, which led to a change of management in the game’s development.
