Is Destiny 2 on Xbox Game Pass?
No. Destiny 2 is free-to-play and can be played without an Xbox Game Pass subscription, but its paid DLC is no longer available on the platform.
Is Destiny 2 on PS Plus?
Yes. A PlayStation Plus subscription is required for players to access game modes that require online connection with other players like Raid and Crucible.

Announcement History
Beta Testing Access Began in July 2017
Beta access began on July 18, 2017, for PlayStation 4 and July 19 for Xbox One players who pre-ordered the game. The beta opened to all players on July 21 and ran until July 23, allowing fans to experience early gameplay and provide feedback. PC players received beta access later in August 2017
First Announced in Early 2017 after Months of Rumors
Bungie officially announced Destiny 2 on March 30, 2017, promising a fresh start for players and a focus on storytelling. The studio also confirmed a live gameplay reveal event scheduled for May 18, 2017, and hinted at a summer beta test to follow soon.
