Fortnite x Dragon Ball Crossover Event: Son Gohan and Piccolo Skins Now Available

Fortnite will have its second collaboration with Dragon Ball Super In the v23.30 update! Read on to learn more about the two new skins: Son Gohan and Piccolo, new items, how to get them, and the return of the Dragon Ball Adventure Island Map!

Dragon Ball x Fortnite Second Crossover Event Announcement

Fortnite's Official Twitter account posted a video for its second collaboration with Dragon Ball Super. The crossover event introduces Son Gohan and Piccolo as selectable player skins, Kamehameha attack item, Nimbus Cloud mobility item, and a Dragon Ball collecting adventure in Dragon Ball Adventure Island.

How to Get Son Gohan and Piccolo Skins

Son Gohan and Piccolo's individual skins can be purchased for 1,800 V Bucks each in Fortnite’s Item Shop. Each skin can also be bought with a bundle.

Are These Skins Worth Buying?

Players will have to spend 2,200 V-Bucks for each bundle to obtain all the cosmetics mentioned above.

We only recommend buying these bundles if you are a die-hard fan of Dragon Ball, frequently play Fortnite, and can pay the extra $17.58. Outside of that, we think the price tag is a bit too high to justify buying unless you know it would be of value to you, personally.

The Kamehameha and Nimbus Cloud Items

First introduced as part of the August 2022 update, The Kamehameha and Nimbus Cloud Items are now back as part of the Dragon Ball Super x Fortnite second crossover event. The two Dragon Ball-themed items allows allow you to create a powerful laser beam and have an efficient mode of transport, respectively. These can only appear in the Battle Royale and Zero Build modes. You can get them by either searching the Capsule Corp capsules that fall from the sky or purchasing them from Dragon Ball vending machines.

The Dragon Ball Adventure Island Map is Back!

Dragon Ball Adventure Island Map is an island inspired by popular locations from Dragon Ball such as Goku’s House, Kami’s Palace, the Room of Spirit & Time, and Beerus’ Planet. It is also filled with mini-games, tasks, and capsules that players can collect to earn XP.
