The third and upcoming wave of post-launch DLC for Tekken 8 is releasing sometime in March 2026 and includes:

Launch DLC
The downloadable content that will come with the game are the following:
● Playable Character Year 1 Pass + Avatar Skin: Kinjin
● Character Costume: Gold Suit Pack (32 Costumes)
● Avatar Costume: Classic TEKKEN T-Shirt Set (32 designs)
● Avatar Skins: Kazuya Mishima, Jun Kazama, Jin Kazama

It was just revealed in the Tekken World Tour 2023(TWT2023) event that, in addition to all those bonuses, those who have the Deluxe and Ultimate editions will be able to access the upcoming DLC characters a whole 72 hours in advance.
Tekken 8 Pre-Orders
Pre-ordering the game would have given you the following:
● Avatar Costume - Paul Phoenix Set
● Avatar Skin - Mokujin/Tetsujin Set (Playstation Exclusive)
Pre-orders began on August 22, 2023, and ended when the game released.
The game will be available in three different editions, namely:
● Standard Edition ($69.99)
● Deluxe Edition ($99.99)
● Ultimate Edition ($109.99)
