Palworld Final Trailer Revealed
Palworld is Coming This Month
The final trailer just revealed that the game is set to release worldwide next week, January 19, 2024 at 00:00 PST. The game is on early access and will be available on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S, and Series X.
Although the price of the game is yet to be revealed, it will be available to play on day one with Game Pass for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows. Steam users can already add this game to their wishlist. Stay tuned for more updates on this.
The developers, Pocketpair, first revealed the game on June 9, 2023. The object of the game is to fight, build, explore, and work alongside mysterious creatures known as "Pals" in the fictional world of Palworld.
Players can coexist peacefully with these Pokemon-like monsters, catch and train them, and take on the vicious poaching syndicates. Take to the skies, engage in its fun shooter combat, or simply build a new home in Palworld's immense open-world and multiplayer, allowing 32 players to join and play together.
Palworld New Gameplay Footage
Although short, the final trailer is jampacked with some new gameplay combined with footage revealed in past trailers, which is sure to excite fans.
The trailer begins with brief shots of some of the Pals from earlier trailers, such as "Foxsparks," "Mossanda," and "Leezpunks," to name a few. Eventually, it shows gameplay footage of its survival shooter and monster-catching mechanics, with the player flying a Pal called "Jetragon," capturing a "Tanzee," and defeating powerful Pals like the "Kingpaca" and "Sibelyx."
In addition to the "Faction Leaders" previously seen in other trailers, three new leaders are shown at the end of the trailer, all of them clutching Palworld's version of a Pokeball. The first new leader introduced is a man with a long fur coat, slick back, a hairstyle featuring shades of white streaks, and a beard; the other is a younger-looking man with a blue tank top and golden lightning bolt chain.
The final new leader introduced was a mysterious character wearing a blindfold over his eyes. He can somehow make the ball levitate on his hand, and the trailer ends with him leaping off the ground, landing, and smashing his ball into the area below, demonstrating his powerful psychic and physical abilities.
Although the identities and roles of the Faction Leaders in the game are still unknown, fans theorize that they may play similar roles to Gym Leaders in Pokemon.
