Official Store will be Opening in 2025
Nintendo recently announced on their website that they will be opening an official store in San Francisco in 2025, located in the "iconic Union Square." The store, named Nintendo SAN FRANCISCO, aims to provide "a way for a wide range of visitors from near and far to experience the world of Nintendo, its products, and characters."
This will be the second official standalone Nintendo store according to their website, joining the one in New York City, which opened in May 2005 in Manhattan's historic Rockefeller Center. Although Nintendo has not shared specifics about the store's appearance or size, it is speculated that it will be similar to its New York counterpart. The New York store is 10,000 square feet and features various Nintendo statues and a wide range of merchandise and exclusive products.
