The CBT trailer provided more information about the upcoming test’s features, which include "six playable characters, online matches, spectator mode, training tutorial, and more." The game’s demo was also available throughout EVO 2025 where the developers held a Developer Combat Panel, sharing more details about its gameplay mechanics.

Furthermore, the upcoming CBT will have rollback netcode to ensure a smooth online experience. There will also be online lobbies where players will have their own Marvel avatars roaming around, looking for matches or to spectate other fights.
