MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls will have its first playable demo available at the upcoming EVO 2025 on August 1-3 at the Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall. The highly anticipated tag-team fighting game will be featured at the Arc System Works booth.

In their PlayStation.blog announcement on July 22, PlayStation XDEV Senior Producer Reed Baird detailed what fans can expect for the game’s public demo. There will be a total of six characters available to play, including Captain America, Iron Man, Storm, Star-Lord, Ms. Marvel, and Doctor Doom, and players will be able to build their own 4-person dream team from the available cast.

Additionally, it will also feature the New York City fighting stage, which was first shown in the game's first trailer. Fans who will attend and test the game out will receive an exclusive collectible pin.

Developer Combat Panel For More Gameplay Sneak Peeks

During EVO 2025, developers from Arc System Works and Marvel Games will be hosting a Developer Combat Panel on August 1 at 8:00 PM PT on the Evo Showcase Stage. According to their post, they will share more information about the game’s core gameplay mechanics.

The panel will also be livestreamed at EVO Events’ official YouTube channel. Director Kazuto "Pachi" Sekine also gave his thanks to the fans for their warm reception to their reveal, and asked them to tune in on their EVO panel to know more about the game.

He stated, "My hope is to ‘Assemble’ with all of the players and create an amazing game together. We’re trying out many new things to offer a fresh experience. I can’t wait to hear your feedback and thoughts."
