⚫︎ Hypixel Studios confirmed that Hytale will be coming to consoles in the future. They have also stated that they see "no need" to prepare for a Steam release, stating that they do not want to bring the game to third party apps and hope to instead receive feedback from players who are more familiar with the game's development history.

⚫︎ Hytale became the most-watched game on Twitch upon its release, with the total number of viewers reaching a whopping 444,000. It will also soon receive a hotfix update to address a slew of day-one issues such as bugs and crashes.

⚫︎ Following the announcement of its Early Access release, Hypixel Founder and CEO Simon Collins-Laflamme revealed that pre-purchase earnings have secured an additional 2 years of development for Hytale. Simon also took the time to restate that he is committed to funding Hytale himself for 10 years.

⚫︎ Developer and publisher Hypixel Studios has come out with an Early Access release date of January 13, 2026. The announcement came after Hypixel successfully bought back the rights to Hytale from Riot Games.
