Japanese developer FromSoftware has casted a wide net, seeking individuals to fill various key roles within the company. Efforts began with a posting of the company's 2025 new graduate recruitment announcement on the company's recruitment site.

Recruitment for experienced workers was also announced several days later. The company looks to fill in various roles for engineer positions, system planner, motion design, sound design/composer, art design (character designer, background designer), graphic design, development support, and production support.

Still, FromSoftware’s president, Hidetaka Miyazaki, has stated in an interview with video game website 4gamer that several titles are already in development.

"There are several titles in development that are being directed by people other than me, and the timing is right for us to increase the number of development staff. I think we'll be able to show you a different color or direction for FromSoftware, so please look forward to it", Miyazaki shared with the website. While he shared this little nugget of information, Miyazaki stated that they are not yet at the stage where he can delve into other details.
