Pokémon Legends: Z-A Special Slowpoke Promotion and Season 2 Updates
Perform a Big "Yaan" To Get A Special Slowpoke

Pokémon Legends: Z-A players in Japan can receive a special Slowpoke if they perform their cry. According to Pokémon Japan’s official website, this special promotion is in commemoration of the grand opening of their newest Pokémon Center in Kagawa, Japan.
Pokémon Centers nationwide in Japan will be giving away a special Slowpoke in a Cherish Ball if fans let out their biggest "Yaan" in the store. Once accomplished, players will obtain a gift card that contains a serial code or a "Mysterious Card" in the smartphone version of Pokémon HOME that can be redeemed for the special Slowpoke for Pokémon Legends: Z-A.

This Slowpoke will have random stats and nature, and will be at Level 5 with Calm Mind and Safeguard as its default moves. The promotion began on October 24, 2025, and will continue until November 30, 2025. Serial codes are valid from October 24, 2025, to January 31, 2026.
Additionally, fans can also get a Pokémon Center Kagawa Opening Commemorative Medal that can be received through the "Medals" function of the mobile version of Pokémon HOME. This exclusive medal features a Slowpoke lying down, and is a sign that fans participated in the celebration of Pokémon Center Kagawa’s grand opening.
Delphoxite Mega Stone and More For Season 2 Ranked Battle Rewards

Aside from special promotions, Pokémon Legends: Z-A is gearing up for its second season, which will feature the Mega Stone, Delphoxite, as one of its rewards. According to The Pokémon Company’s news article on October 30, there will be some changes regarding the acquisition of rewards for Ranked Battles.
For Season 1, players needed to reach Rank K or above to obtain the Mega Stone Greninjite, which is used to Mega Evolve Greninja. As part of the changes for Season 2, players can now obtain Greninjite at Rank Y, which is 8 ranks lower than the initial requirement for Season 1.
Furthermore, players who reach Rank S or above will receive the Mega Stone Delphoxite, which is used to Mega Evolve Delphox. Currently, this is the only possible way to obtain the Mega Stone, making the upcoming Season very valuable to Delphox owners and fans.
Current Known Issues and Planned Fixes

Alongside new Ranked Battle rewards, Pokémon Legends: Z-A will see upcoming fixes for its existing known issues. Based on The Pokémon Company’s news article on October 30, they have found two major bugs that affect player progression, which are the following:
● If your Pokémon Boxes become full before the first Rogue Mega Evolution battle and the Boxes menu had not been opened at any point prior to being filled, Pokémon catch attempts will always fail. Additionally, if a side mission that allows you to receive Pokémon is attempted under these conditions, the mission will be completed without granting the Pokémon.
● In certain side missions, if the time of day switches between daytime and nighttime at the exact moment that a move hits its target, it will become impossible to hit the target afterward, rendering the side mission incapable of being progressed further.

These issues are planned to be addressed in the upcoming November update. There are no specific details regarding the exact date when this patch will be released.
