Dispatch, ex-Telltale Devs' New Game, Gets Release Date for Episodes 1 & 2

Dispatch has announced that it will release its first two episodes on October 22, 2025. Read on to find out more about the release of the upcoming superhero adventure by ex-Telltale developers.

Dispatch’s First Two Episodes Releasing Soon

Available on October 22, 2025

Dispatch, AdHoc Studio’s upcoming narrative superhero comedy adventure game, will officially release its first two episodes (Pivot and Onboard) on October 22, 2025. It is being made by a team of ex-Telltale Games developers who worked on The Wolf Among Us and Tales from the Borderlands, featuring voice performances ranging from well-known actors, content creators, and musicians, such as Aaron Paul from Breaking Bad, MoistCr1TiKaL, and Yung Gravy.

In Dispatch, players will take on the role of Robert Robertson, a superhero forced out of his career after losing his mech-suit in a battle against his nemesis. Now taking a desk job dispatching superheroes to missions, he was tasked with rehabilitating a group of ex-supervillains. Players will manage their roster, strategize which heroes to deploy, navigate relationships in the workplace, and rebuild Robert’s suit.

Much like the formula seen in Telltale Games titles, every decision in Dispatch–big or small–will influence the grander narrative. Player choice made during small banter and life-or-death situations all affect their relationships with the heroes, their allegiances, and the trajectory of their story.

The game will have eight playable episodes over the course of four weeks, with two releases per week. The full season will cost a one-time purchase of $29.99, while its Digital Deluxe Version (which includes a 100-page digital artbook and four digital comics) will cost a one-time purchase of $39.99.
