ARC Raiders Launch Day Woes and Twitch Drops Campaign

ARC Raiders is now live, but most players are experiencing online connection errors as over 100,000 users tried to get in 5 minutes after launch. According to several reports across social media, players are receiving an "Online Connection Error" prompt when attempting to access the game.
In a post on r/Arc Raiders, user Wirhoss said he couldn’t get into the game and saw that many others from Reddit and Discord were experiencing the same issues. They shared that they are receiving error code "ARAU0297," and while others are getting a different code, the same online connection error persists.
Players tried to find a workaround to provide a quick fix for the issue, such as updating their drivers, verifying their game files, or reinstalling the game, but none of those methods worked. Some even questioned the purpose of the Server Slam playtest if connection issues like these are still happening.
Despite fans’ outcry, Embark Studios remains dead silent during this time, and many are irate with the company. While these problems plagued the game, ARC Raiders continues to top the Steam charts, currently ranking as #1 in top-selling games and #4 in most-played games.

Twitch Drops Campaign Until November 13
To commemorate the game’s release, ARC Raiders is currently having a Twitch Drops Campaign where players can earn in-game rewards based on the duration of their watch time on ARC Raiders streams, or by following an ARC streamer. These rewards include the following:
● 30 min - Dance Twitch Chat Emote
● 1 hour - Warm-Up Emote
● 2 hours - Bobblehead Backpack Charm
● 1 new Sub to an ARC streamer - ARC Raiders Chat Badge
Players must connect their Twitch account to their Embark ID to receive the rewards. These bonuses can only be claimed until the end of the Twitch Drops Campaign.
