Bethesda Veterans Exit
Will Shen, Starfield Former Design Director and Lead Quest Designer
Will Shen is stepping away from Bethesda Studios, where he was Starfield's Design Director and Lead Quest Designer. Shen has been with the critically acclaimed gaming studio since Fallout 3. He is now set to be the Lead Content Designer at Something Wicked, developing the studio’s debut horror RPG, Wyrdsong. He joins a lineup of industry veterans hailing from Obsidian Entertainment, Bethesda Studios, and Bioware.
Pete Hines, Former Senior VP and Head of Publishing
On the other hand, Pete Hines announces his retirement after 24 years with Bethesda. Hines served as the company’s Senior Vice President of Global Marketing and Communications for 23 years before being promoted to Head of Publishing in October last year. Announcing his departure via X (formerly Twitter), he expressed his gratitude for the studio and his intention to explore personal interests and passions.
