REANIMAL Overview
REANIMAL is a co-op horror adventure game being developed by the original creators of Little Nightmares 1 and 2, under the new Tarsier Studios. The game is being published by THQ Nordic, and will be released on the PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and for the new Nintendo Switch 2, and is set to release on February 13, 2026.
REANIMAL centers around two siblings as they venture the countless horrors of hell in a desperate attempt to find and rescue their friends. They must work together to get through any and all obstacles and terrifying monsters they will encounter wandering through twisting hallways and winding staircases, and fragile bridges.

REANIMAL Gameplay
REANIMAL is a third-person co-op horror adventure game, where two players control a sibling each and must work together to escape from horrifying creatures, solve puzzles to move forward, and investigate and search for their missing friends in hell. Players must carry their one light source – the lantern– at all times and must not lose it, lest they wish to stumble the rest of their journey in the dark. Evade the attacks of gigantic monsters, traverse through rickety woodfloors, and outrun any pursuers to keep the two children safe in their mission.
They must investigate their surroundings to find ways to get through supposed dead-ends, such as destroying peculiar statues to discover a hidden key that unlocks a trapdoor that leads out the room. In REANIMAL, cooperation and exploration is key.
