Selaco Story Plot
Selaco is an underground facility built on Mars that has become humanity’s last bastion of safety after the fall of Earth. Selaco, being a high-tech fortress, serves the remaining refugees to the best of its abilities. However, recently promoted ACE Security Captain Dawn, feels something off. From her newfound authority from the promotion, he makes use of her appointed high level security clearance to investigate Selaco on her own.
Unfortunately, during one of her investigations, Selaco is attacked. Invaders armed with explosives enter and cause chaos everywhere, disrupting humanity’s last population.
As Dawn, fend off the invaders, investigate Selaco, and go on a very personal journey of self-discovery.
Selaco Gameplay
Selaco is an FPS game developed on the GZDoom engine! The developers enumerate their several inspirations from classic titles such as F.E.A.R. in terms of breathtaking action set pieces and intensity, to the retro-FPS elements QUAKE and DOOM, altogether compounded with their own modern takes and features for the genre. In addition to the gunplay and action, they have taken great care to incorporate proper enemy AI that will do their best to adapt to your playstyle and hinder your progress, making for free-flowing emergent gameplay that will have you upping your game and doing all you can to overcome adversities!
Though it might seem to carry a lot of first-person shooting and combat, Selaco will also be story-driven, with a full fledged world and character narrative arc in Dawn to be heavily featured throughout the game. To fully flesh out every moment in the story, the game will have a full-length soundtrack accompanied with professional voice acting to most, if not all characters.
