Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown Gameplay
As a Metroidvania, Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown will feature platforming elements, dangerous hazards, and an extensive interconnected map.
A staple classic in the Prince of Persia series are time-related abilities. Sargon will have access to a variety of time-altering skills, such as setting a version of himself in a past location for him to teleport to, dashing forward, or peeking back into time to discover secrets.
Sargon will face multitudes of enemies in his journey from location to location. Armed with his twin Shamshirs, he’ll fight through and perform combos upon the opposition, ensuring victory after victory. He’ll also discover and equip himself with a bow in order to be more diverse and attack from long range, allowing for more combo routes to eliminate his foes.
Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown Story
Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown follows Sargon, one of the Immortals, an elite group of individuals who excel in combat and warfare. Sargon is close friends with Ghassan, the Prince of Persia, where both have high respect for each other. During the celebrations after a great battle, the prince gets kidnapped by their own treacherous general and the Immortals' mentor. Sargon and the Immortals chase after the traitor into Mount Qaf, a mysteriously place full of anomalies where time and space continually shifts. The group of warriors must now battle through the undead soldiers that roam Mount Qaf while navigating through its tricky space time shenanigans. During their mission, Sargon comes across a glowing crystal which grants different time-warping abilities. With his newfound powers, he’ll do whatever it takes to save his friend, the Prince of Persia.
